If your child is sick, please keep them at home until they are fully recovered. Refunds will not be given, but a make up class will be scheduled at your convenience. If you or your child shows any signs of illness we will ask you to visit at another time when everyone is healthy. Our main priority is everyone’s health and safety and we want to ensure that even our most vulnerable customers feel secure in knowing everyone attending our classes are symptom free.

Sample Class Format

• Play Groups are child-led classes where we encourage them to explore at their own pace. An example of activities that could be set out would be dramatic play, block building, a process art station, ice excavating and our messy mud kitchen. Upon observing, you could find that your little one gets to each and every activity set out OR you could find your child has gravitated towards one station that has totally grabbed their attention and focus- either option is perfect! These programs REQUIRE parent/caregiver accompaniment- so plan on staying with your child the duration of the class. Each class ends with a goodbye circle to help ease transitions.

• Please be certain that you have read the class description carefully and are able to attend all dates before registering.
• Semester classes such as our PLAY GROUPS are non-refundable. If you cannot attend for any reason you will notify Little Loft Play Studio LLC via email with a 24hour notice to receive a credit for a make up class. Class credit will not be issued if notification is less than 24 hours before the scheduled class.
• Single drop in classes are non-refundable or transferrable so please make sure the date you sign up for works for your schedule.
• FOR CAMPS AND PLAY SCHOOL: refunds will NOT be issued for any reason if written notification is less than 5 business days before the first day of your enrolled PLAY SCHOOL or CAMPS. Play school and camps can be cancelled for a full refund (minus 6% processing fee) up to 5 business days before the first class. Refunds are not issued for missed classes even if you know prior to start date that one or more classes you cannot make nor are missed classes transferrable to future semesters 
• We reserve the right to cancel a class due to instructor illness, family emergency or unusual inclement weather. FYI :Most of our classes will still take place even with rain. If class is cancelled, a makeup class will be held in lieu of the regularly scheduled class or a refund will be given. The instructor will notify all families enrolled no less than 1 hour before the start of class
